Account Management

SEASON TICKET MEMBER ENTRANCE AT GATE 6A and SUBSCRIBER SERVICES WINDOWS AT GATE 7 BOX OFFICE
  • Gate 6A is a dedicated Season Ticket Member entrance! This entrance is for Season Ticket Members, Ticket Partners and their guests. To enter at this gate, you will need one of the following:
    • MyBlueJays™ Card/Mobile Card
    • Print-at-home ticket from the original Season Ticket Member subscription.
  • Windows 1, 2 and 3 of the Gate 7 box office at Rogers Centre are dedicated to subscriber services on game days from 90 minutes before the first pitch to the end of the 2nd inning.
  • Subscriber services windows can be used to purchase additional tickets, complete ticket exchanges, load eCash to l your MyBlueJays Card and manage your account.
ACCOUNT CHANGES
  • Please help us serve you better by remembering to update your account information with the correct contact name, mailing address, email address and phone numbers of the person designated to receive account information and tickets.
  • To make changes to your account, log into MyBlueJays , click on "Manage My Tickets", then select "Edit Profile" on your MyBlueJays Ticket Management page.
REISSUE MISPLACED OR STOLEN TICKETS
  • Tickets that are misplaced or stolen can be reissued by logging in to MyBlueJays and reprinting the tickets.
  • Once a ticket has been reissued, the original ticket becomes null and void.
PROHIBITED USES OF TICKETS

No tickets may be used for advertising, promotion or any other trade or commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Toronto Blue Jays.

MyBlueJays

MyBlueJays is back for 2017!

  • Your MyBlueJays home page allows you to manage your tickets and MyBlueJays activities online, and you can use your MyBlueJays Card/Mobile Card to enter Rogers Centre, and pay for Rogers Centre concessions and Jays Shop merchandise with eCash, all while earning you points towards unique rewards throughout the season! You can redeem your MyBlueJays points for once-in-a-lifetime experiences, such as throwing out the ceremonial first pitch, or watching a game in a luxury suite with Blue Jays alumni.
  • We want you to have even more opportunities to earn and redeem points throughout the season. 2017 will offer new ways to earn and redeem your points!
  • Use your mobile phone: Don't forget that you can use your mobile MyBlueJays Card in the same way you use the physical Card by logging in to MyBlueJays through the MLB Ballpark App.

You will receive a MyBlueJays brochure with your 2017 Season Ticket Membership package outlining updates to the program and opportunities for the 2017 season! For more information on the MyBlueJays program, as well as Frequently Asked Questions and Tutorials, please visit bluejays.com/MyBlueJays.

Accessing your tickets:

Your Season Ticket Membership tickets will be delivered to you on your MyBlueJays Card/Mobile Card, and can be managed online through your MyBlueJays account by selecting "Manage My Tickets". To access your account, visit bluejays.com/MyBlueJays.

When you attend games, simply scan your MyBlueJays Card/Mobile Card at the gate to enter the stadium and enjoy the game. You will be issued a locator slip for each ticket bearing the applicable seat location and other information. This locator slip is your evidence of the right to occupy the specified seat location during the applicable game and must be presented upon request. The locator slip cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

General Information about your MyBlueJays Card

The MyBlueJays Card is not transferable. It remains the property of the Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Club. It is personalized with the account number and the full name of the cardholder. The cardholder is responsible for all activity associated with his/her MyBlueJays card, whether or not he/she authorized that activity. The cardholder may be required to present photo identification when using the MyBlueJays card.

Lost MyBlueJays Cards will be cancelled, disabling the use of any merchandise discount and blocking use of all remaining tickets and any outstanding eCash balance. We will replace lost cards and transfer the merchandise discount, all remaining tickets and any outstanding eCash balance to a new card.

ACCESS TO TORONTO BLUE JAYS POSTSEASON TICKETS

Be eligible to purchase 2017 Toronto Blue Jays Postseason tickets before the general public.

JAYS SHOP™ VIP DISCOUNT
  • Your MyBlueJays Card will save you 20% off most regularly-priced Toronto Blue Jays and Major League Baseball merchandise at any Jays Shop™ location, including the Stadium Edition at Rogers Centre™ Gate 5, stadium kiosks, and the flagship location at the CF Toronto Eaton Centre. Simply attend in person and present your MyBlueJays Card. You may be required to present photo identification.
  • The 20% merchandise discount is available on all regularly-priced Toronto Blue Jays and Major League Baseball merchandise at the listed locations with the exception of game-used/game-ready merchandise, custom cresting services, publications, gift cards, admission tickets, shipping charges and surcharges.
  • The 20% merchandise discount cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.
  • The 20% merchandise discount benefit is valid until the end of the final home game of the 2017 Toronto Blue Jays regular season.
STORING AND USING eCASH
  • Your MyBlueJays Card can be loaded with eCash up to a maximum dollar value of $2,000 CDN. You can load and reload eCash on your Card through your online MyBlueJays account.
  • eCash stored on your Card can be used to purchase, in person, any product at selected merchandise and concession kiosks inside Rogers Centre and at the Jays Shop locations inside Rogers Centre and at the CF Toronto Eaton Centre. You can return merchandise purchased using stored eCash by showing your receipt to the place of purchase within 30 days. Your purchase can be exchanged only for merchandise of equal or greater value at the time of the return. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept returns for store credit.
  • eCash stored on your card can be used to purchase, in person, any of the food or beverage items available at selected Rogers Centre fixed food and beverage concession stands. For clarity, you cannot use the eCash stored on your card to pay for food or beverages at any Rogers Centre restaurant (e.g., Arriba), mobile food and beverage vendors (carts and hawkers) or in Rogers Centre luxury suites.
  • eCash stored on your card is not redeemable/refundable for cash.
  • eCash stored on your card is not transferable. In order to use eCash, the cardholder may be required to present photo identification.
  • eCash stored on your card can be used in conjunction with cash, debit or credit card for the purchases specified above.
  • Any promotional eCash loaded on the card by the Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Club will expire at the end of the final home game of the 2017 Toronto Blue Jays regular season. Any eCash loaded on the card by the Season Ticket Member that remains unused at the conclusion of the 2017 Toronto Blue Jays regular season will remain in your account.
SEASON MEMBER WALL OF FAME
In recognition of your commitment to the team, see your name displayed all season long on the digital Wall of Fame, located on the 100 level concourse behind home plate, near aisle 123.
PROMOTIONAL GIVEAWAY PACKAGE OPPORTUNITY

Promotional items are given out at Rogers Centre gate entrances on select games throughout the season. As a Season Ticket Member, avoid having to wait in line each promotional game for a chance to receive the giveaways! Renew or purchase your Season Ticket Membership by September 30, 2016 and receive the exclusive opportunity to purchase up to two 2017 promotional giveaway packages. All of the promotional giveaways are included at a cost of $200 per package. Items will be delivered in two shipments, with the first near mid-season and the second after the end of the season.

To purchase the packages once you've completed your Season Ticket Membership renewal:

  • Click on the "Log in To MyBlueJays" button.
  • Enter your Account ID or email and password. Your Account ID will be included in the emailed order confirmation you will receive once your purchase is completed.
  • From the MyBlueJays home page click "Manage My Tickets".
  • This brings you to your Toronto Blue Jays Account Manager page. Under "Ticket and Plan Purchases" click on "Packages and Events."
  • From the "List of Items" scroll down to "2017 Giveaway Package". To the right click the "Continue" button associated with the event.

Ticket Management

As a Toronto Blue Jays Season Ticket Member, you will use digital tickets, which will be delivered to you on your MyBlueJays Card/Mobile Card, and can be managed online through your MyBlueJays Ticket Management account.

With your online MyBlueJays Ticket Management account, you can complete an action such as Print Tickets, Ticket Exchanges in advance of game, Transfer Tickets , Add Tickets to MyBlueJays Card and Donate Tickets.

REMINDERS

Every time you Print, Transfer, or Add to your Card through your online MyBlueJays Ticket Management account, it creates a new barcode for your ticket and voids any previously printed ticket. Remember to keep track of your ticket activity for all games to ensure that only current and valid barcodes are presented at the turnstile for entry.

  1. Once you have printed a ticket, it has been removed from your MyBlueJays card unless you add it back.
  2. There is only ONE valid barcode per ticket and it is the result of your latest action (Print, Transfer, Add to Card).
  3. Remind any guests to whom you transfer tickets that multiple prints of the same ticket will change the ticket's barcode and that only the most recently printed ticket will be valid.
  4. Remind any guests to whom you forward tickets that they need to print the PDF version of their tickets and bring the printouts to the games. PDF tickets cannot be scanned from mobile devices.
  5. Any additional tickets purchased can only be added to your MyBlueJays Card if they were purchased through your MyBlueJays account.

TICKET EXCHANGES IN ADVANCE OF GAME

Exchange your tickets up to 10 hours prior to the date on the original ticket for another game during the 2017 regular season. Please note that you may not exchange tickets from a game after the game is played and you may not exchange your tickets for the Home Opener or Canada Day.

ADD TICKETS TO MyBlueJays CARD

All original Season Ticket Membership tickets are pre-loaded onto your MyBlueJays Card. Most tickets not currently on your MyBlueJays Card (e.g., exchanged ticket, Game Pack ticket, single game tickets purchased through MyBlueJays account, etc.) can be added so you can use your Card to enter the stadium.

Ticket Exchanges

TICKET EXCHANGES BEFORE A GAME IS PLAYED
  • Tickets from a 2017 Toronto Blue Jays Season Ticket Membership cannot be exchanged after a game is played but can be exchanged up to 10 hours in advance of the game on a ticket-for-ticket basis for games scheduled to be played during the 2017 regular season.
  • Once a ticket has been transferred out of the primary Season Ticket Member account, that ticket can no longer be exchanged online and can only be exchanged at the box office, even if the ticket is transferred back to the Season Ticket Member's account.
  • Exchanges can be made for games of equal or lesser game classification as the original tickets and cannot be exchanged for games of higher game classification.
  • Replacement tickets must be selected at the time the original tickets are returned to complete the exchange process. There will be no future ticket credits provided and no credit will be issued to the account.
  • Maximum of 40 tickets can be exchanged per account per season.
  • Maximum of 4 tickets can be exchanged per account per season for New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox games and a maximum of 10 tickets can be exchanged per account for any other game.
  • Exchanges are not available for the Home Opener and Canada Day .
  • Tickets can be exchanged by logging into MyBlueJays or at the subscriber services windows at the Gate 7 box office on game days or to the Gate 9 box office on non-game days.
  • The replacement ticket(s) will be issued for the 2017 Toronto Blue Jays regular season based on availability, in a seating area of equal or lesser value than the original ticket(s).
  • Only tickets from the Season Member's 2017 original Season Ticket Membership subscription can be exchanged. In other words, there are no exchanges for tickets acquired through a previous ticket exchange, from other subscription packages, from group sales, or as single game tickets.
  • Only Season Members and designated Ticket Partners can exchange tickets. Valid ID is required at the box office.
  • Exchanges not available until March 2017.
  • Only ticket exchanges made by the primary Season Ticket Member can be completed online. All other exchanges must be done at the box office, including advanced exchanges by designated Ticket Partners.
DESIGNATED TICKET PARTNER EXCHANGES
  • Designated Ticket Partners can perform ticket exchanges based on the above exchange policies, unless the Club is otherwise notified by the primary Season Ticket Member to deactivate this privilege.
  • Exchanges done by Designated Ticket Partners count towards the Season Ticket Member's exchange limits.
  • Designated Ticket Partners will have access to perform exchanges at the box office only and will not have access to exchange tickets online.
  • Once a ticket has been transferred out of the primary Season Ticket Member's account, that ticket can no longer be exchanged online and can only be exchanged at the box office, even if the ticket is transferred back to the primary Season Ticket Member's account.
