GROUP DISCOUNT

Q. How do I qualify for a Group Discount?
To qualify for a group discount (a "Group Discount"), you must be a group of 20 or more people affiliated with each other, as determined by the Toronto Blue Jays. Examples include company employees, members of a sports team, a school class, church members and family and/or friends. Your tickets must be for the same game in the same seating category, and must be purchased in one transaction. To find out if your group qualifies for a Group Discount during the 2016 season, please contact an Account Executive by calling 416-341-1188. Please note that seats available for Group Discounts are limited and are subject to availability.
Q. What are the different discount levels?
Groups eligible for a Group Discount (see above) will receive a discount on tickets to games during the 2016 regular season in accordance with the pricing charts. Check out the 2016 season schedule.
Can I receive a Group Discount for the Home Opener?
No. Group Discounts are not available for the Honda Home Opener on Friday April 8, 2016. Groups that are otherwise eligible for a Group Discount will be charged the full ticket price, but will not be charged any service charges.
Q. Do schools and camps receive a special Group Discount?
Yes. For the games played on the designated School Day and Camp Day, schools or camps (as applicable) will be eligible to receive a special Group Discount in most seating categories. For all other games, the standard Group Discount rates apply. For the 2016 season, the designated School Day is Tuesday, June 14 and the designated Camp Day is Wednesday, July 27. More details

DYNAMIC PRICING

WHAT IS DYNAMIC PRICING?
New for 2016, the Toronto Blue Jays™ have introduced dynamic pricing for all single game tickets and group tickets at Rogers Centre™. Prices for Blue Jays game tickets may change as game day approaches, based on market factors including but not limited to, team record, opponent, day of week, and supply and demand of tickets purchased by fans. Given that prices can change based on a variety of market conditions, fans are encouraged to plan ahead and buy early for the best price and seat locations!
Q: Which games are subject to dynamic pricing?
A: Single game tickets and group tickets will be dynamically priced based on market demand for all 2016 games.
Q: Are tickets that are part of a Season Ticket or Flex Pack package subject to dynamic pricing?
A. Season Ticket Holder and Flex Pack Holder prices are set, and guarantee fans that they will pay the best price for their selected seat(s). Additional tickets purchased are subject to dynamic price changes.
Q: How do you decide when to raise or lower prices?
A: Our team analyzes multiple data points that may include day of week, opponent, team record, supply and demand of tickets purchased by fans, and many other factors. Timing for price adjustments is not pre-determined and will depend on market conditions.
Q: What happens if prices lower after I buy my tickets?
A: Tickets are always priced based on market demand. While prices typically increase leading up to a game, there may be times where prices decrease should conditions change. As with all of our tickets, all sales are final.
Q. How do I find out what the price is for a ticket?
A. Check bluejays.com for the latest ticket prices.
Q: How do I know I'm getting the best price for my tickets?
A: We recommend that you buy early to save. Fans who plan ahead and buy their tickets early can achieve significant savings.
Q. How often do dynamic ticket prices change?
A. Dynamic prices are subject to change daily, as the market dictates. We utilize sophisticated software that analyzes multiple data points to determine dynamic prices. Timing for price adjustments is not predetermined and will depend entirely on market conditions.
Q. Does dynamic pricing change the way I buy my tickets?
A. No. Fans will still be able to buy their tickets the same way they have in the past: online at bluejays.com, via a Blue Jays Account Executive, through Ticketmaster sales channels, or at the Rogers Centre Box Office. However, with dynamic pricing, prices change based on factors including day of the week, opponent, and seat location.
