Q: What is the Toronto Blue Jays Gift Card?
A: The Toronto Blue Jays Gift Card is a pre-paid debit card that works like a gift certificate and can be used to purchase regular season home game tickets at Rogers Centre Gate 9 Box Office or Toronto Blue Jays merchandise Jays Shop (Gate 2 Rogers Centre or at Sears Yonge & Dundas location). It's more convenient, more exciting than giving cash or a paper gift certificate.

Q: Can anyone use my Toronto Blue Jays Gift Card?
A: Yes. Because your name does not appear on the card, you may use it yourself or give it to anyone you choose.

Q: What happens if I lose my Card?
A: Since the Toronto Blue Jays Gift Card is just like cash, you should protect it as if it was cash. Refunds are not provided to customers who lose their cards.

Q: Can I reload my Toronto Blue Jays Gift Card?
A: No. At present Toronto Blue Jays Gift Cards may not be reloaded.

Q: Are Toronto Blue Jays Gift Card sold in specific denominations?
A: Toronto Blue Jays Gift Cards are available in $20, $25 and $50 denominations

A: Your 19 digit Toronto Blue Jays Gift Card number is printed on the back of your card. Your card may also contain a PIN number. On applicable cards, scratch off silver area to the right of the card to reveal the four digit PIN.

Q: What is a PIN? Why do I need it?
A: The PIN is a random 4-digit number that is under a silver scratch-off on the back of your Toronto Blue Jays Gift Card. In the future, it will allow for online redemption.

  • " Rogers Video: Use it at any of Rogers Video's more than 300 locations across the country on anything in the store. Redeem your gift card on everything from Movie or Game purchases and rentals to activating cell phones. To find a store near you, visit rogers.com/video.
*Note: Only cards with a scratch off PIN number can be redeemed over the phone or online at the Shopping Channel.

A: No. Your Toronto Blue Jays Gift Card may be redeemed for game tickets and merchandise only, and may not be redeemed for cash.

Q: Can I return game tickets purchased using an Toronto Blue Jays Gift Card?
A: No. All ticket sales are final - no refunds or exchanges.

Q: Can I return merchandise purchased using an Toronto Blue Jays Gift Card?
A: Yes. Return the merchandise along with the receipt and your gift card to place of purchase when 30 days. Your purchase will be credited to your Toronto Blue Jays Gift Card.

  2. Gift cards are not redeemable/refundable for cash.
  3. Gift cards can be used in conjunction with cash, debit or credit card for purchase.
  4. Gift cards can be used in person to purchase any product at selected merchandise kiosks inside Rogers Centre™, and in the Jays™ Shops at Gate 2 of Rogers Centre and Sears Yonge & Dundas location.
  5. Gift cards can be used in person to purchase Toronto Blue Jays® regular season home game tickets at the Toronto Blue Jays box office (Gate 9 of Rogers Centre™) or Jays™ Shop at Sears Yonge & Dundas.
  6. Gift cards can be used in person to purchase any product at any Rogers Video store location.
  7. Gift cards can be used over the phone (1-888-2020-888) and online (theshoppingchannel.com) to purchase any product available from The Shopping Channel™ through those channels.
  8. Right to use gift cards is subject to above terms and conditions, which may be changed in the sole discretion of Rogers Blue Jays Baseball Partnership (the "Club"). See www.bluejays.com or call (416) 341-1234 for current details, including redemption locations.
