What is the Toronto Blue Jays Flex Pack Card?

The Toronto Blue Jays Flex Pack Card will permit the Authorized Holder to access all seats for all Selected Games constituting his/her total 2013 Flex Pack purchase. Flex Pack Cards were issued only to 15 Game Flex Packs and 10 Game Flex Packs that were purchased before December 2012.

The Flex Pack Card can also be loaded with dollar value that, subject to certain restrictions, can be redeemed for additional tickets, merchandise or any food and beverage product at select concession stands inside of Rogers Centre. Selected Flex Pack Cards (those who meet qualifying terms and where the ticket package has been purchased before December 7, 2012) will be loaded with $50 promotional value which will expire on September 30, 2013. As the dollar value stored on the card is spent, more value can be added by visiting the Rogers Centre Gate 9A box office during regular hours of operation.

How does my Flex Pack Card work?

In order to utilize the Flex Pack Card for access to any of the Selected Games, the Authorized Holder must enter Rogers Centre™ at the gate designated on the front of the Flex Pack Card, or such other gate as directed, and present the Flex Pack Card to the ticket taker.

The ticket taker will swipe the Flex Pack Card. Upon confirmation of the account and Authorized Holder's right to admission for the applicable Selected Game and number of seats, the Authorized Holder will receive a location slip bearing the applicable seat location(s) and other information. This location slip is the Authorized Holder's evidence of the right to occupy the specified seat location(s) during the applicable Selected Game and must be presented, along with the Flex Pack Card, upon request. The location slip cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Is the Flex Pack Card transferrable?

The Flex Pack Card is issued by and remains the property of the Club and may not be sold, transferred or licensed. The Authorized Holder is responsible for all activity associated with his/her Flex Pack Card, whether or not he/she authorized that activity. Anyone attempting to use a Flex Pack Card may be required to present valid photographic identification.

What happens if I lose my Flex Pack Card?

The Flex Pack Card is automatically registered when issued. The lost card will be cancelled and we will replace lost cards and transfer any selected games and/or dollar value to a new card. Lost Flex Pack Cards are subject to a reprinting fee of $15 per reprinting transaction.

Can I reload my Flex Pack Card?

Yes. Tickets purchased in addition to your Flex Pack seats can be added to your card and accessed as you would your Flex Pack seats.

Balances on the card can be reloaded by visiting the Gate 9A box office during regular hours of operation.

How may I check the balance on my Flex Pack Card?

Click on Check My Balance tab. You may also have your balance checked for you by calling 416-341-1234 of visiting the box office during normal business hours.

Can I return or exchange the tickets loaded on my Flex Pack Card?

Normal refund and exchange policy applies: in the event of a game cancellation there may be an opportunity to exchange tickets. Check with your account executive for details.

Can I receive cash back on funds I have placed in my Toronto Blue Jays Flex Pack Card?

No. Your Flex Pack Card has no cash value and must be redeemed for tickets, concessions and merchandise as mentioned above.

Can I return merchandise purchased using a Flex Pack Card?

Yes. Return the merchandise along with the receipt to place of purchase within 30 days. Your purchase can be exchanged only for merchandise of equal or greater value at the time of the return. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept returns for store credit.

2013 FLEX PACK CARD

Each purchase of a 2013 Toronto Blue Jays® Flex Pack product is subject to the complete product purchase terms and conditions provided to all 2013 Flex Pack purchasers and located at bluejays.com/flexpacks (the "Purchase Terms").

As noted in the Purchase Terms, at the discretion of Rogers Blue Jays Baseball Partnership (the "Club"), certain 2013 Flex Pack purchasers will receive one magnetic stripe card (each, a "Flex Pack Card") instead of physical or electronic admission tickets for the specific games properly selected as part of the applicable Flex Pack purchase (each, a "Selected Game").

For the purposes hereof, each person to whom a Flex Pack Card is issued by the Club will be referred to as the "Authorized Holder" of that Flex Pack Card.

The Flex Pack Card is issued by and remains the property of the Club and may not be sold, transferred or licensed. Access Card (Paperless Ticketing) Functionality

As indicated in the Purchase Terms, the Flex Pack Card will permit the Authorized Holder to access all seats for all Selected Games constituting his/her total 2013 Flex Pack purchase.

Stored Value Functionality

Each Flex Pack Card can be loaded with dollar value that, subject to certain restrictions, can be redeemed for additional tickets, merchandise or any food and beverage product at select concession stands inside of Rogers Centre™ stadium. This stored value functionality is subject to the following specific terms and conditions:

• The Flex Pack Card can be loaded with a dollar value to a maximum cumulative stored value of five hundred dollars (CDN $500). In order to load dollar value on the Flex Pack Card, the holder must attend in person at the Rogers Centre Gate 9 Box Office during regular hours of operation. At this time, value cannot be loaded online.
• Value stored on the Flex Pack Card can be used to purchase any of the food or beverage items available at selected Rogers Centre fixed food and beverage concession stands. For clarity, the Flex Pack Card cannot be used to pay for food or beverages at any Rogers Centre restaurant (e.g. Sightlines, Arriba, 200 Club VIP), in-seat service (e.g. 200 Club VIP, In The Action), the Olde Spadina or Tim Hortons concession locations, mobile food and beverage vendors (carts and hawkers) or in Rogers Centre luxury suites.
• Value stored on Flex Pack Card can be used to purchase additional Toronto Blue Jays tickets, either in person at the box office window or over the phone by contacting your account executive directly.
• Value stored on the Flex Pack Card is not redeemable/refundable for cash.
• Value stored on the Flex Pack Card can be used in conjunction with cash, debit or credit card for the purchases specified above.
• Any promotional value loaded on the card by the Club will expire at the end of the final Toronto Blue Jays regular season home game played in the calendar year embossed on the front of the card. Any value loaded on the card by the customer that remains unused at the conclusion of the Toronto Blue Jays regular season will be automatically transferred to a new Toronto Blue Jays gift card.
