Rogers Blue Jays Baseball Partnership (the "Club"), owner of the Toronto Blue Jays® Major League Baseball team, has created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to the privacy of our customers. The Club's official website (currently www.bluejays.com) (the "Blue Jays Website") and the majority of the Club's interactive electronic communications are operated and handled by MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM"), on the Club's behalf. In the event that you authorize the Club to communicate with you by way of electronic communications, we may provide some or all of your information to MLBAM and/or any applicable successor entity. Any Personal Information that MLBAM receives from the Club or via the Blue Jays Website is governed by the MLB.com privacy policy, a current version of which you can read at http://mlb.mlb.com/tor/help/tor_help_about_privacy.jsp.

Since September 30, 2008, Canadians have had the ability to limit telemarketing calls they receive by adding their home, mobile, VoIP or fax number to the National Do Not Call List (see http://www.crtc.gc.ca/ENG/dncl.htm for more information). Once registered, your specified phone number will be removed from many telemarketing lists within thirty one (31) days for a period of three (3) years. Important note for Club customers. Registration on the National Do Not Call List does not prevent telephone communications from companies with whom you have an existing business relationship.
