"DELL INTEL TICKET - CLICK IT - WIN IT!" CONTEST
OFFICIAL RULES

  1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The "Dell Intel Ticket - Click It - Win It!" contest (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Dell Canada Inc. ("Sponsor"), Rogers Blue Jays Baseball Partnership ("Blue Jays"), the other MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Contest are not eligible to participate or win a prize. "Immediate family" shall mean spouses, parents, siblings and children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM"), Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (doing business in its own name and as Major League Baseball Productions), and Major League Baseball International), the Major League Baseball Clubs, Tickets.com, Inc., SportsOnEarth, LLC and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers, employees and agents of the above entities. Entrants to the Contest may be given the option to receive commercial e-mails, text messages and/or other communications from Sponsor, the Blue Jays, bluejays.com,and/or MLB.com; however, eligibility to participate in the Contest is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such communications. Standard messaging rates apply to mobile text messages and updates. Check with your mobile service provider for more information. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

    For the purposes of these rules:

    1. "Game" means any 2009 regular season home baseball game played by the Team at the Stadium,

    2. "Homestand" means a series of Games that is not interrupted by any Team "away" games (games in a city other than Toronto, where the Team is the visiting team). By way of illustration, the series of Games scheduled to be played on April 17, 18, 19, 21, 22 and 23, 2009 is a Homestand since the Team will not be playing any "away" games during that period,

    3. "Stadium" means Rogers Centre™ stadium in Toronto, and

    4. "Team" means the Toronto Blue Jays® Major League Baseball team.

  2. HOW TO ENTER: The Contest entry period (the "Entry Period") begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on April 6, 2009 and ends at 3:00 p.m. ET on October 9, 2009 (the "Contest Closing Date").

    1. Online Method. Visit bluejays.com during the Entry Period and click on the Contest banners, buttons and/or links to access the online entry form for the Contest (the "Online Entry Form"). Complete and submit the Online Entry Form. In order to enter online, you will be required to submit the unique barcode number (the "Unique Barcode"), seat, section and date associated with a valid ticket to a Game. Online Entry Form (including all required information) must be completed and submitted in accordance with the following timelines:
      1. to be eligible for a Per Homestand Prize (as defined below): subject to the following, enter any time during the Contest Entry Period and before the applicable Per Homestand Prize draw. By way of illustration, an individual with a valid admission ticket to the August 7, 2009 Game may enter the contest using that ticket's information at any time during the Contest Entry Period and need not wait until the August 7 to 9, 2009 Team homestand. To be eligible for the draw for a specific Homestand, entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET of the date of the last Game of that homestand.
      2. to be eligible for the Grand Prize: at any time during the Contest Entry Period.

      Valid online entries will automatically be eligible for both Per Homestand Prize draw(s) and the Grand Prize draw. Non-winning entries will automatically carry over and be eligible for the next draw(s), if any. No individual is eligible to win more than one (1) Per Homestand Prize but each winner of a Per Homestand Prizes remains eligible for the Grand Prize draw. In the event of a dispute, all online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized user of the internet address from which they were sent. Free access to the internet is available at most public libraries. By successfully submitting your completed Online Entry Form in accordance with the foregoing and including all non-optional data, you will be automatically entered in the Contest. Incomplete entries will be deemed void. Limit one (1) entry per Unique Barcode during the Entry Period. All information submitted online by entrants online is being collected by MLBAM and is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, MLB.com's Terms of Use accessible at: http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/official_info/about_mlb_com/terms_of_use.jsp and Privacy Policy accessible at: www.mlb.com/privacy. Information submitted by entrants will also be provided to the Blue Jays and treated in accordance with the Blue Jays Offline Privacy Policy, available at www.bluejays.com/privacy and to Sponsor, and treated in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy available at www.dell.ca, subject in each case to entrants' stated preferences from time to time. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the Online Entry Form to be eligible. Incomplete entries will be deemed void.

    2. Rogers Centre Kiosk Entry: During a Game which takes place during the Entry Period, visit one of the Dell Intel Ticket - Click it - Win it kiosks (each a "Kiosk") located within the Stadium, and register by completing the Kiosk entry form. This method of entry will be available only on Game dates and only during the period that the Stadium is open to the public. In order to enter by this method, you will be required to submit the Unique Barcode, seat, section and date associated with a valid ticket to a 2009 Game. The Kiosk entry form (including all required information) must be completed and submitted at a kiosk in accordance with the following timelines:

      1. to be eligible for a Per Homestand prize (as defined below): subject to the following and provided entry is conducted on a Game date during the Entry Period that the Stadium is open to the public, enter any time during the Contest Entry Period and before the applicable Per Homestand Prize draw using a valid ticket for any Game. To be eligible for the draw for a specific Homestand, entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET of the date of last Game of that homestand, and

      2. to be eligible for the Grand Prize: at any time during the Contest Entry Period, in accordance with the foregoing.

      Valid Kiosk entries will automatically be eligible for both Per Homestand Prize draw(s) and the Grand Prize draw. Non-winning entries will automatically carry over and be eligible for the next draw(s), if any. No individual is eligible to win more than one (1) Per Homestand Prize but each winner of a Per Homestand Prize remains eligible for the Grand Prize draw. By successfully submitting your completed Kiosk entry form in accordance with the foregoing and including all non-optional data, you will be automatically entered in the Contest. Incomplete entries will be deemed void. Limit one (1) entry per Unique Barcode during the Entry Period. Each Kiosk will be connected to the internet and will transmit all registration data to Launchfire Interactive, Inc. ("Launchfire"), who has been retained to perform this service by Sponsor and will be handling such data in accordance with the following provisions. Data will be stored on Launchfire's servers in a secure data warehouse, and will be sent by Launchfire to MLBAM the day following the final Game of each Homestand and will be treated by MLBAM in a manner consistent with MLB.com's Privacy Policy accessible at: www.mlb.com/privacy. Information submitted by entrants will also be provided to the Blue Jays and treated in accordance with the Blue Jays Offline Privacy Policy, available at www.bluejays.com/privacy and to Sponsor, and treated in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy available at www.dell.ca, subject in each case to entrants' stated preferences from time to time. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested at a Kiosk to be eligible. Incomplete entries will be deemed void.

    3. Mail-in Method: If you do not wish to buy a Game ticket or enter online or by kiosk in the manners set out above, you may enter the Contest for free by printing your full name, address, city, province, postal code, age, day & evening telephone numbers and email address (optional) on a piece of paper and mailing such paper with proper postage affixed to: "2009 Toronto Blue Jays Dell Intel Ticket - Click It - Win It!" Contest, (Attention: Marketing Department) One Blue Jays Way, Suite 3200 Toronto Ontario M5V 1J1. Subject to the deadlines set out below, entrants who comply with the foregoing will be entered in the Per Homestand prize draw(s) and Grand Prize draw. Information submitted by entrants through the mail-in method is being collected by Blue Jays and Sponsor and will be available to both. All such information will be treated by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy available at www.dell.ca and by Blue Jays in accordance with Blue Jays Offline Privacy Policy, available at www.bluejays.com/privacy. Sponsor and Blue Jays treatment of information is subject to entrants' stated preferences from time to time. If you do not wish to receive information from the Blue Jays, please contact the Blue Jays at the address/phone number located in the Blue Jays Offline Privacy Policy. Mail-in entries must provide all required information or will be deemed void. To be eligible for the draw for a particular Homestand Prize draw, mail-in entries must be postmarked a minimum of three (3) business days before the last Game of that Homestand, and received by the Blue Jays by 11:59 p.m. ET on the date of the last Game of that Homestand. To be eligible for the draw for a particular Homestand Prize draw, mail-in entries must be postmarked by the date of the last Game of that Homestand and received by the Blue Jays no later than three (3) business days following the applicable Homestand.. To be eligible for the Grand Prize draw, mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than October 9, 2009 and received by the Blue Jays by October 14, 2009. Valid Mail-in entries will automatically be eligible for both Per Homestand Prize draw(s) and the Grand Prize draw. Non-winning entries will automatically carry over and be eligible for the next draw(s), if any. Mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor and Blue Jays and will not be returned. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope and eighty-one (81) entries per person during the Entry Period.

  3. PRIZING:

    1. Per Homestand Prize: There will be one (1) prize awarded per Homestand (each a "Per Homestand Prize"). On the drawing dates identified below, one (1) entrant will be selected as a potential Per Homestand Prize winner. The eligible winner will receive one (1) 15"e; Dell Studio Laptop powered by the Intel® Core 2 Duo® Processor. Estimated retail value "(ERV)" of each Per Homestand Prize is $999 CDN.
    2. Grand Prize: There will be one (1) grand prize awarded (the "Grand Prize"). On the drawing date identified below, one (1) entrant will be selected as potential Grand Prize winner. The eligible winner will receive an honourary Team membership, which consists of:

      • $10,000 (CDN) honourary "Signing Bonus" in the form of a cheque ,
      • One (1) baseball autographed by at least one (1) Team player,
      • Four (4) Field Level Baseline tickets for a 2010 regular season Team home game to be played at Rogers Centre in Toronto, Canada,
      • One (1) Team authentic jersey, personalized, subject to the rules and regulations of the Blue Jays,
      • One (1) Dell entertainment package Powered by Intel.

    TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM STADIUM NOT INCLUDED. Exact Grand Prize details, including Team player(s) to autograph ball, date and seat location of 2010 game, jersey style, and entertainment package components, to be determined in sole discretion of Sponsor and/or Blue Jays. Total ERV of the Grand Prize is CDN $15,700.

    Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the Blue Jays, as applicable, and may be subject to change. Each winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with the Grand Prize. Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition. The Released Parties (defined below) will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition.

  4. RANDOM DRAW:

    1. Per Homestand Prize Draw. At approximately 9:00 a.m. ET on the date that is three (3) business days following each Homestand, an MLBAM representative, or other person designated by Sponsor or the Blue Jays, will select by random draw one (1) potential Per Homestand Prize winner, from all valid entries received as of 11:59 p.m. ET on the date of the last Game of such Homestand . The potential winner selected in accordance with the foregoing will be contacted by telephone at the telephone number indicated on the potential winner's entry form. If a potential winner cannot be reached within one (1) day of the notification attempt, incorrectly answers the skill testing question, or declines the prize, another potential winner will be selected at random from amongst remaining eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received as of the applicable draw date. Non-winning entries will remain in the Contest and be eligible for the next Homestand draw. No individual is eligible to win more than one (1) Per Homestand Prize but each winner of a Per Homestand Prizes remains eligible for the Grand Prize draw.

    2. Grand Prize Draw. On October 16, 2009 at approximately 11:00 a.m. ET, an MLBAM representative, or other person designated by Sponsor or the Blue Jays, will select by random draw one (1) potential Grand Prize winner, from all valid entries received during the Contest Entry Period. The potential winner selected in accordance with the foregoing will be contacted by telephone at the telephone number indicated on the potential winner's entry form. If a potential winner cannot be reached within one (1) day of the notification attempt, incorrectly answers the skill testing question, or declines the prize, another potential winner will be selected at random from amount remaining eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received as of the applicable draw date.

  5. PRIZE CONDITIONS: Any and all additional costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided including but not limited to travel insurance, lodging, transportation costs, meals, taxes (including income and withholding taxes) and gratuities and other expenses incurred by the winners (and any travel companions) in claiming, accepting and/or using their prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes must be accepted as described in these Official Rules.

    Each winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal taxes (including income and withholding taxes). Each winner's companions, if applicable, must be of legal age of majority in each jurisdiction from and to which travel will be taking place, unless traveling with a parent or legal guardian.

    Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. There will be no substitutions for any prize except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion.

  6. DECLARING A WINNER: To be declared a winner and claim a prize, each potential winner must (i) be eligible according to these Official Rules, (ii) correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time limited mathematical skill testing question which will be administered by telephone at a mutually agreeable time, and (iii) sign a duly completed Liability and Publicity Release form and return same to the Sponsor (or if directed, Blue Jays) by the date specified on the form. The Liability and Publicity Release Form requires a potential winner to confirm, except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize as awarded, eligibility to participate in this Contest and compliance with these Official Rules and to release the Sponsor, the Blue Jays, the other MLB Entities, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, divisions, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotional agencies, any and all other companies associated with this Contest (including suppliers of the prize, materials or services related to this Contest), and all of their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability and damages which could arise out of or in any way related to the Contest and from the awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize. A disqualification will result and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries if all required documents are not properly executed and returned within the specified period of time. Refusal or return of such documents as non-deliverable or potential winner's noncompliance with these Official Rules will also result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's discretion, cause an alternate potential winner to be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries.

  7. WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Contest and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, (ii) the decision of the judges and (iii) waive any and all claims against the Released Parties for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Contest or from the receipt or use of any prize or any travel or activity that is related to the receipt or use of any prize. By acceptance of prize, each Winner authorizes the Sponsor, the Blue Jays, MLBAM and each of their respective designees to use in any related publicity, such winner's name, photograph, image, any statements they may make regarding the prize, city and province of residence, likeness and/or voice for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide in perpetuity and in any form of media now or hereafter devised worldwide (including the Internet), without limitation and without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

  8. GENERAL CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The Released Parties are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Contest-related materials; stolen, late, misdirected, lost, damaged, garbled, delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or illegible entries or mail. Contest entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. The Released Parties are not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate transcription or loss or delay of entry or prize reply information, or any viruses transmitted to computers of participants via the Internet, or for any technical or human errors associated with the Contest. If, in the Sponsor and/or Blue Jays' exclusive judgment, this Contest becomes compromised in any way, Sponsor, MLBAM and/or Blue Jays reserve the right to withdraw the Contest offer, cancel any method of entry, to void any entries submitted fraudulently, select winners from all eligible entries received prior to act that compromised the Contest or make such other modifications to the Contest as they reasonably determine to be necessary.

    Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, the Blue Jays and/or MLBAM, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Contest is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor, the Blue Jays, MLBAM and/or their respective agents. Sponsor and Blue Jays shall have the sole right to disqualify any contestant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Contest, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize, and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. All disputes will be resolved in the Province of Ontario under applicable Ontario and Federal laws.

    Sponsor, the Blue Jays and MLBAM reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or otherwise modify the Contest for any reason, including, but not limited to incidents where a virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Contest. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify winners and award the prizes by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation.

    All online entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. In cases of multiple entries, only the first entry received will be considered. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The "Authorized Account Holder" is the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

  9. WINNERS' LIST: For a list of winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope before October 16, 2009 to "2009 Toronto Blue Jays Dell Intel Ticket - Click It - Win It! Contest Winners List", 1 Blue Jays Way, Suite 3200, Toronto, ON M5J 1V1.
