In order to celebrate and recognize all our departments and groups at Rogers Centre, we have created our Stadium Star Reward & Recognition Program. We all have individual tasks and purposes within our departments, but it is the commitment to the team that ultimately positions us for growth and success. Throughout the season we have encouraged our senior leaders and guests to provide us with feedback about our staff by completing Stadium Star Nomination Forms. As well, employees can nominate their peers as a Stadium Star.
At the end of each month, the top performers from each department are selected and invited to attend a Blue Jays game or Rogers Centre event in a suite. They are treated to food and refreshments, a gift, a Stadium Star lapel pin and a certificate. Their picture and names are also posted on our bulletin boards in all of the break rooms and locker rooms. Any employee who receives a nomination receives a copy of their form and positive recognition from their supervisor. Guests are encouraged to participate in the Stadium Star Reward & Recognition Program by nominating an employee who exemplifies our customer service philosophy.
