1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Rogers Road Trip contest (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding the province of Quebec, who are over the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Rogers Cable Communication Inc. ("Sponsor"), Rogers Blue Jays Baseball Partnership ("Blue Jays"), the other MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Contest are not eligible to participate. "Immediate family" shall mean spouses, parents, siblings and children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM"), Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (doing business in its own name and as Major League Baseball Productions), and Major League Baseball International), the Major League Baseball Clubs, Tickets.com, Inc., SportsOnEarth, LLC and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers, employees and agents of the above entities. Entrants to the Contest may be given the option to receive commercial e-mails, text messages and/or other communications from Sponsor, the Blue Jays, bluejays.com, and/or MLB.com; however, eligibility to participate in the Contest is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such communications. Standard messaging rates apply to mobile text messages and updates. Check with your mobile service provider for more information. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Void in Quebec and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

2. HOW TO ENTER: The Contest entry period (the "Entry Period") begins at 12:01 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on Monday, April 6, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Wednesday, August 26, 2009 (the "Contest Closing Date"). Entry Period and Contest Closing Date subject to change at Blue Jays or Sponsor sole discretion. Limit of one (1) entry per person/e-mail address/household per calendar date during the Entry Period regardless of the method of entry. By way of illustration, if two (2) or more otherwise eligible persons live in the same household, only one (1) of them may enter the Contest. Similarly, if two (2) or more otherwise eligible persons share a single e-mail address, only one (1) of them may enter the Contest. There are three (3) ways to enter the Contest: online, in-stadium kiosk, and in-stadium SMS.

   1. Online Entry. During the Entry Period, go to bluejays.com and click on the Contest banners, buttons and/or links to access the online entry form for the Contest (the "Online Entry Form"). By successfully submitting your completed Online Entry Form you will be automatically entered in the Contest. Free access to the Internet is available at most public libraries.

   2. In-Stadium Kiosk Entry. During the Entry Period, on the date of any Toronto Blue Jays® home game at Rogers Centre™ stadium (the "Stadium"), between the opening of the Stadium gates and the start of the seventh (7th) inning of the game, visit the Stadium Kiosk located on the 100 Level Concourse at the Stadium to access an entry ballot on the Contest entry touch screens provided (the "Touch Screen Form"). By successfully submitting your completed Touch Screen Form you will be automatically entered in the Contest.

   3. In-Stadium SMS Entry. During the Entry Period, on the date of any Toronto Blue Jays home game at the Stadium, between the opening of the Stadium gates and the start of the ninth (9th) inning of the game, send a standard text message consisting of the text "JAYS" to short-code 5555 using an SMS-enabled device operating on either the Rogers or Fido wireless networks (an "SMS Entry"). SMS and other text messaging is not available in all areas. Text messaging charges of $0.15 per message sent or such other costs and fees applicable under each specific carrier price plan will apply and will be the entrant's sole responsibility. Consult your Rogers or Fido price plan for more information in this regard. By successfully submitting the SMS Entry, you will be automatically entered in the Contest.

   All information submitted by entrants via Online Entry Form or Touch Screen Form is collected by and/or provided to MLBAM, and is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, MLB.com's Terms of Use, accessible at http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/official_info/about_mlb_com/terms_of_use.jsp, and Privacy Policy accessible at, www.mlb.com/mlb/help/mlb_help_about_privacy.jsp. Information submitted by entrants by any method of entry will be provided to the Blue Jays and treated in accordance with the Blue Jays Offline Privacy Policy, available at www.bluejays.com/privacy and to Sponsor and treated in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy available at www.rogers.com, subject in each case to entrants' stated preferences from time to time. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the Online Entry Form and Touch Screen Form to be eligible. Incomplete entries will be deemed void.

   PRIZE: There will be one (1) GRAND PRIZE awarded (the "Prize"). On the drawing date identified below, one (1) entrant will be selected as a potential Prize winner. The eligible winner will receive:

   1. If the winner resides over 300 KMS outside of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, round trip economy air transportation to Toronto for winner and up to five (5) guests from major commercial airport nearest the winner's residence or, if the winner resides within 300 KMS of Toronto, ground transportation for winner and up to five (5) guests from winner's residence to Pearson International Airport in Toronto, all departing on Tuesday, September 15, 2009;
   2. Round trip private air transportation for the winner and up to five (5) guests from Pearson International Airport in Toronto, Ontario, Canada to Teterboro Airport in Teterboro, New Jersey, United States, departing on Tuesday, September 15, 2009 and returning on Wednesday, September 16, 2009;
   3. Three (3) hotel rooms (standard double occupancy) for one (1) night in or around New York, New York, United States;
   4. Ground transportation (via a single vehicle) for the winner and up to five (5) guests to travel from Teterboro Airport to the New York hotel on Tuesday, September, 15, 2009 and return from the New York hotel to Teterboro Airport on Wednesday, September 16, 2009;
   5. Six (6) Toronto Blue Jays jerseys;
   6. Six (6) admission tickets to see the Toronto Blue Jays Major League Baseball team (the "Team") play the New York Yankees Major League Baseball team at Yankee Stadium in New York, New York, United States on Tuesday, September 15, 2009 (the "Game");
   7. Ground transportation (via a single vehicle) for the winner and up to five (5) guests to travel from the New York hotel to the Game and return from the Game to the New York hotel on Tuesday, September 15, 2009.
   8. Opportunity, subject to rules and regulations of the Toronto Blue Jays, for Winner and up to five (5) guests to meet a Team player and/or coaches (the "Meet and Greet"); and
   9. $1,000.00 CDN spending money for the winner.

   All Prize details, including exact flight times, hotel, ground transportation times, jersey style, Game seat locations, and time, location, and participants of Meet and Greet to be determined in sole discretion of Sponsor. Estimated retail value ("ERV") of the Grand Prize is up to $16,000.00 CDN; actual ERV will depend on final travel itinerary. GROUND TRANSPORTATION WITHIN CANADA NOT INCLUDED. Travel and hotel accommodation and other restrictions apply. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents (e.g., valid photo I.D.). Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuers.

   Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the Blue Jays, as applicable, and may be subject to change. Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with the Grand Prize. Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition. The Released Parties (defined below) will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition.

3. RANDOM DRAW: On Friday, August 28, 2009, a Sponsor representative, or other person designated by Sponsor, shall select by random draw one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received as of the Contest Closing Date. The potential winner selected in accordance with the above will be contacted by telephone at the telephone number indicated on the selected entrant's Online Entry Form, Touch Screen Form or wireless device account (for SMS Entry), as applicable.

   If a potential winner cannot be reached within two (2) days of the first notification attempt, is ineligible according to these rules, incorrectly answers the skill testing question, declines the Prize, or fails to return a signed Liability and Publicity Release Form, another potential winner will be selected at random from among remaining eligible entries.

   Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4. PRIZE CONDITIONS: Any and all additional costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided including but not limited to travel insurance, lodging, transportation costs, meals, taxes (including income and withholding taxes), gratuities, and other expenses incurred by the winner (and any guests) in claiming, accepting and/or using their Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize must be accepted as described in these Official Rules. Winner and travelling companions are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary travel documents and Blue Jays, Sponsor and MLB Entities are not responsible in the event the winner and/or their travelling companions are refused boarding at any time by the airline or airport security and any unused portion of the prize will be forfeit. Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal taxes. Winner's travelling companions must be of legal age of majority in each jurisdiction from and to which travel will be taking place, unless traveling with a parent or legal guardian.

   Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. There will be no substitutions for the Prize, in whole or in part, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize, in whole or in part, of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion.

5. DECLARING A WINNER: To be declared a winner and claim the Prize, the potential winner must (i) be eligible according to these Official Rules, (ii) correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time limited mathematical skill testing question which will be administered by telephone at a mutually agreeable time, and (iii) sign a duly completed Liability and Publicity Release form and return same to the Sponsor (or if directed, Blue Jays) within five (5) days of the date specified on the form. The Liability and Publicity Release Form requires a potential winner to confirm, except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize as awarded, eligibility to participate in this Contest and compliance with these Official Rules and to release the Sponsor, the Blue Jays, the other MLB Entities, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, divisions, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotional agencies, any and all other companies associated with this Contest (including suppliers of the Prize, materials or services related to this Contest), and all of their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability and damages which could arise out of or in any way related to the Contest and from the awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of the Prize. A disqualification will result and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries if all required documents are not properly executed and returned within the specified period of time. Refusal or return of such documents as non-deliverable or potential winner's noncompliance with these Official Rules will also result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's discretion, cause an alternate potential winner to be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries.

6. WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Contest and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, (ii) the decision of the judges and (iii) waive any and all claims against the Released Parties for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Contest or from the receipt or use of the Prize or any travel or activity that is related to the receipt or use of the Prize. By acceptance of the Prize, each Winner authorizes the Sponsor, the Blue Jays, MLBAM and each of their respective designees to use in any related publicity, such winner's name, photograph, image, any statements they may make regarding the Prize, city and province of residence, likeness and/or voice for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide in perpetuity and in any form of media now or hereafter devised worldwide (including the Internet), without limitation and without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

7. GENERAL CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The Released Parties are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Contest-related materials; stolen, late, misdirected, lost, damaged, garbled, delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or illegible entries. Contest entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. The Released Parties are not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate transcription or loss or delay of entry or Prize reply information, or any viruses transmitted to computers of participants via the Internet, or for any technical or human errors associated with the Contest. If, in the Sponsor and/or Blue Jays' exclusive judgment, this Contest becomes compromised in any way, Sponsor, MLBAM and/or the Blue Jays reserve the right to withdraw the Contest offer, cancel any method of entry, to void any entries submitted fraudulently, select winners from all eligible entries received prior to act that compromised the Contest or make such other modifications to the Contest as they reasonably determine to be necessary.

   Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, the Blue Jays and/or MLBAM, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Contest is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor, the Blue Jays, MLBAM and/or their respective agents. Sponsor and Blue Jays shall have the sole right to disqualify any contestant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Contest, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning the Prize, and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. All disputes will be resolved in the Province of Ontario under applicable Ontario and Federal laws.

   Sponsor, the Blue Jays and MLBAM reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or otherwise modify the Contest for any reason, including but not limited to incidents where a virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Contest. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify winners and award the Prize by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation.

   All online entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. In cases of multiple entries, only the first entry received will be considered. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The "Authorized Account Holder" is the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
