The Gate 9 Box office is located on Bremner Blvd. just east of Spadina Ave.
There is parking on the south side of Bremner Blvd at Gate 9 on non-game days.




Blue Jays fans can obtain a future game ticket, upgrade their day-of-game seat or inquire for information with Ticket Office by going to the Advance Ticket Window on level 100 behind section 127 (Gate 9a). The Advance Ticket Window is available when the gates open until 30 minutes after the game ends.
 
All complimentary Blue Jays tickets are available for pickup at Window #46 beside Gate 9. Window #46 is located furthest to the left when facing the Blue Jays Box Office. All fans holding complimentary tickets can enter through Gate 9.
 
Everyone entering the stadium except children under two years of age must have their own ticket. All youngsters 2 and over require a valid ticket.
 
The Toronto Blue Jays continue to maintain a variable ticket pricing system called Dynamic Ticket Pricing. The prices are adjusted depending on the month and day of the game as well as the opponent. For instance, on Tuesday night home games in April, May and June fans can purchase tickets under Value pricing for just $5.00.
 
The Family Zone offers an exception value for families to enjoy the baseball game. This Family Zone section is an alcohol-free area in sections 237/238.
 
Gift cards, redeemable for Blue Jays tickets and merchandise, can be purchased at bluejays.com, Blue Jays Box Office, JaysShop at Rogers Centre, Jays Shop at SEARS Yonge & Dundas or by telephone at 416-341-1234 or 1-888-OK-GO-JAY. Gift cards are also available at the following stores: Shoppers Drug Mart, Loblaws, Wal-Mart, PharmaPlus, ESSO, Sobeys & Rogers Video.
 
Groups at Blue Jays games receive VIP treatment. Groups of 20 or more receive:

• Preferred seating
• Discounts of up to 40% on games
• Great group leader incentives
• Video Board recognition

 
The Guaranteed Promotional Giveaway program is available to all subscribers on the Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Platinum Plus levels. The cost is $50 per package. This is a limited time offer which is available until Opening Night. There will be two shipments of the items - July (promos from April - June) and October (promos July - October).
 
The HSBC Club VIP is an exclusive, new entertainment vista. The area is located directly behind home plate on the 200 level and offers fantastic sightlines of Rogers Centre. Membership is included with HSBC Club VIP Season Tickets, In-the-Action Season Tickets and Luxury Suite Subscribers (five games or more.) The HSBC Club VIP includes the following amenities:

• Choice of two seatings: dine either before or during the game (Reservations recommended)

• Access to a private lounge and concierge service
• Private stadium entrance

Tickets for this area can only be purchased on a full-season basis. Entry to HSBC Club VIP is limited to valid ticketholders and authorized personnel only.
 
Junior Jays (14 and under) can take advantage of a 10% discount at every regular home game. The discount will be limited to 100 Level Outfield, 200 Level Outfield and 500 Level tickets. (Not applicable to Value games.)
 
If a fan has lost their tickets or had them stolen, the Blue Jays Box Office will issue a duplicate ticket. Additional fees may apply. In this situation only, the duplicate ticket will take precedence over the regular ticket. An Ushering Supervisor must be called in when lost or stolen tickets appear after duplicate tickets have been issued.
 
Levels 300 and 400 ticket holders enter through either Gate 3 or 13 as designated on their ticket.
 
For the benefit of fans wishing to enjoy the game free from alcohol in their section, the Toronto Blue Jays have designated a non-drinking section on each level. The sections are:

• Level 100 - 142/141
• Level 200 - 238/237
• Level 500 - 520/521

For Blue Jays games, windows 41-45 at Gate 9 are open on game days only. It opens two hours prior to game time. These windows have tickets that were paid and purchased in advance via the telephone or Internet and are available on the day of game only. The credit card used to purchase the tickets must be presented. These windows can also be used to drop off tickets for another person to pick-up on his or her way into the game. The Blue Jays are not responsible for tickets dropped off.
 
Fans that purchase tickets on-line have an option of printing the tickets using their own printers. Each ticket will contain all the elements of a Blue Jays stock ticket, including a bar code.
 
Fans can purchase Blue Jays tickets at their local Rogers Plus location. Excellent seats are available to purchase at over 88 locations throughout Southern Ontario. More than 1,200 Rogers Plus and Rogers Video employees have been trained to sell single game tickets to Blue Jays fans. Fans that choose this option will need to contact the Blue Jays directly if they require servicing with their tickets (exchange, cancellation, group discounts, etc.).
 
Blue Jays Season Ticket Holders can exchange their unused tickets for a future game of their choice.* These fans must contact the Blue Jays Box Office to make the proper arrangements.

Seniors (65 and over) can take advantage of a 10% discount at every regular home game. The discount will be limited to 100 Level Outfield, 200 Level Outfield and 500 Level tickets. (Not applicable to Value games.)
 
Fans purchasing single game tickets will be subject to a ticket charge per ticket. Charges vary depending on location of purchase.
 
Schedules and ticket information for the Blue Jays 2010 Spring Training games will be available by mid-November 2009. Fans who wish to order tickets for Spring Training 2009 can visit our Spring Training page.
 
By visiting a Blue Jays Ticket Kiosk outside Rogers Centre, fans will have the ability to purchase and pick up seats for any upcoming Blue Jays home game. A valid credit card is required. When picking up pre-purchased seats the credit card charged during the transaction must be used. Ticket Kiosks are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. During all Blue Jays home games, a Box Office staff representative will be available to support the use of the kiosks. Ticket Kiosks will be located in the following areas outside the stadium:

• Gate 2 - 1 Ticket Kiosk
• Gate 6A - 2 Ticket Kiosks
• Gate 9A - 2 Ticket Kiosks
• Gate 11 - 2 Ticket Kiosks
• Gate 14 - 1 Ticket Kiosk
