In order to purchase a membership to Cardinals Nation, you must complete the Cardinals Nation order form at cardinals.com/nation. You must provide complete and accurate information, including name, address, telephone number (e.g., home, work, mobile and fax), email address, valid payment card information and shipping address. The cardinals.com Privacy Policy explains how such information may be collected and used. The e-mail address used at purchase or activation will be your Cardinals Nation member login. You must use or, for gifts, provide a unique email address and password for each membership purchased. For your convenience, you have the option to have your Cardinals Nation membership automatically renew at the previous year's regular full price. Your automatically renewed membership may come with premiums (e.g., hat, sticker) of equal or greater value to the items provided as premiums in the previous year, though the exact type of premium(s) provided may change from year to year. Cardinals Nation will contact members whose memberships are subject to automatic renewal via email by the spring of the following season to notify them of pending renewal. MLB.com will refund the paid purchase price of an automatically renewed 2013 Cardinals Nation membership if a refund request is received by contacting cardinalsnation@cardinals.mlb.com within 10 days of your 2013 renewal date, which will be included in the email, sent to the email address associated with your account, notifying you of the renewal of your membership. There will be no returns, refunds or exchanges after this date. Please note: Under no circumstances will Cardinals Nation memberships be refunded once the two complimentary tickets have been redeemed.
AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING YOUR 2012 MEMBERSHIP
All Cardinals Nation members who selected the automatic renewal option when originally purchasing their memberships and have not cancelled or purchased a new membership for 2013 will receive notification of the pending renewal in January 2013 and then automatically have their membership renew approximately two weeks later. For information on refunds for automatically renewed 2013 memberships, please see above.
IF YOU PURCHASED A GIFT
Gift memberships cannot be automatically renewed from year to year.
If you purchase a 2013 membership and elect to have that membership automatically renew, then your membership will automatically renew in or around February 2014, unless you contact us by Jan. 15, 2014, to cancel the automatic renewal feature. You will receive notification of the pending renewal in or around February 2014 and then automatically have your membership renew approximately two weeks later. If you do not cancel before the date set forth in your notification email, then your membership will automatically renew in or around February 2014 with no refunds, returns or exchanges.
We will contact your gift recipient via email to let him/her know that you have purchased a Cardinals Nation membership on his/her behalf. Please be aware that the recipient will need to activate the membership using the link in the gift notification email in order to receive the Cardinals Nation online benefits, so please be sure that the email address provided is correct.

Consistent with the MLB.com Privacy Policy, children under 13 are not eligible to register for an MLB.com account.
