*Example: A five-year term Delta SKY360° Suite Licensee with ownership of four Delta SKY360° Suite seats will be entitled to eight complimentary Delta SKY360° Suite Bonus Tickets to be selected from designated Yankees 2013 regular season home games, subject to availability.

The unavailability, modification or cancellation of any of the Delta SKY360° Suite Benefits shall not constitute a breach by the New York Yankees of any license or ticket agreement entered into by you and the New York Yankees in connection with your membership in the Delta SKY360° Suite, or entitle you to any compensation, credits, rebates, refunds, offsets, make-goods or any other remedy.
