The Jays were handcuffed by Cliff Lee for most of the night, but Scott Rolen got to him in the seventh, and Rolen's homer put Brett Cecil in line for the win. But after Cecil's seven shutout frames and Jeremy Accardo's perfect eighth, Scott Downs allowed the go-ahead runs in the ninth.
