The Tribe stranded 11 runners through the first eight innings, but given a shot in the ninth, Victor Martinez delivered a go-ahead two-run double. Cliff Lee, who appeared headed for a tough-luck loss after allowing just one run, finished off the Jays for his third complete game of the year.
