Roy Halladay added seven scoreless innings to his already impressive season, but he was removed in the top of the eighth for a pinch-hitter as the Jays adjusted for National League rules in Atlanta. Toronto was unable to score, and reliever Jesse Carlson gave up the game's lone run.
