Adam Lind drove in five runs, including three on a go-ahead homer in a seven-run seventh, as the Jays made sure their rally was enough a day after falling short of the Tribe. Brett Cecil put Toronto in great position in his big league debut, allowing two runs (one earned) in six frames.
