In a duel of former AL Cy Young Award winners, it was Roy Halladay who got the better of Cliff Lee. Backed by four early runs, Halladay helped the Jays to their first 5-1 start since 2001, though B.J. Ryan allowed three runs in the ninth. Aaron Hill singled in two runs.
