Scutaro to have X-rays after being hit
Third baseman plunked on right hand during Wednesday's win

Just in case, Gibbons said, Scutaro will likely have an X-ray performed prior to Thursday's game against the Yankees to make sure there is no structural damage. Scutaro was hit in the ninth inning by New York right-hander Ross Ohlendorf but remained in the game.
"He's a little tender, but hopefully, [he'll] be all right," Gibbons said. "He'll get that checked out, I'm sure, tomorrow."
Scutaro, who was acquired in a November trade with Oakland to serve as a utilityman for Toronto, is filling in for injured third baseman Scott Rolen. During Spring Training, Rolen suffered a non-displaced fracture of his right middle finger and could potentially be sidelined for the season's first month.
