The Toronto Blue Jays have claimed LHP Wilfredo Ledezma on waivers from the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Ledezma, 29, recorded a 0-3 record with a 6.86 ERA in 27 relief appearances in his only season in Pittsburgh. The Gaurico, Venezuela native has appeared for six teams (Detroit, Atlanta, San Diego, Arizona, Washington, Pittsburgh) posting a 15-25 record with a 5.26 ERA in 187 career games, including 40 starts.
