Blue Jays move to the Eastern League

The TORONTO BLUE JAYS have signed a two-year player development contract with the New Haven Ravens (AA- Eastern League) after the Tennessee Smokies (AA-Southern League) negotiated an agreement with the St. Louis Cardinals.

For the last two seasons, the New Haven Ravens have been affiliated with the St. Louis Cardinals.

The BLUE JAYS had been affiliated with the Knoxville Smokies since 1980 and now join the Eastern League as the New Haven Ravens. We are very pleased to be moving closer to home and excited about establishing another successful long-term relationship.
