Justin Trapp hit a solo homer and Lane Adams posted two hits, including a triple. The RoughRiders hit four home runs, with two by Rougned Odor, who was 4-for-6 with three RBIs and four runs scored.

Wilmington pitchers posted a second straight shutout vs. Winston-Salem. Christian Binford earned his first win in Class A Advanced, striking out 10 while holding the Dash to two hits over seven innings. He has fanned 16, walked none and held opponents to a pair of unearned runs over 12 innings. Zeb Sneed struck out three while allowing one hit over the final two innings. Cam Gallagher doubled home Daniel Rockett for Wilmington's first run. Rockett led Wilmington with two hits.
