CLEARWATER, Fla. -- Phillies pitchers threw to live hitters on Monday morning for the first time this spring at Carpenter Complex.
The group included right-hander Roy Halladay, who will be watched closely this spring following an injury-riddled 2012 campaign.
"Doc was fine," pitching coach Rich Dubee said. "Overall I thought it was a good day of BP today. I thought most of the guys threw pretty well, as far as being in the strike zone, command, that stuff. [Halladay] was pretty good. He was real good."
