Twins at the plate: After hitting his first home run of the spring on Saturday, first baseman Justin Morneau made it two consecutive days with a long ball as he belted a solo shot in the fourth inning. Morneau went 2-for-3 on the day, raising his spring average to .343. Luis Castillo delivered three hits in the game, including an RBI single in the fourth.

Phillies at the plate: Shane Victorino delivered the lone hit off Twins ace Johan Santana. But the Phillies managed to string together a three-run inning in the seventh with three consecutive RBI singles by Danny Sandoval, Brent Abernathy and Ron Calloway.

Twins on the mound: Santana lowered his spring ERA to 0.64 as he pitched five scoreless innings against the Phillies. Santana allowed just one hit while walking two and striking out two in the outing. Left-hander Dennys Reyes pitched a perfect sixth inning. Right-handed prospect Kevin Slowey gave up three runs on four hits in one inning, the first runs he'd allowed in five outings this spring.

Phillies on the mound: J.A. Happ pitched 3 2/3 innings, giving up three runs (two earned) on six hits with two walks, two strikeouts and a wild pitch. Right-hander Rabio Castro pitched 1 1/3 innings, allowing two hits with a walk and a strikeout.

Grapefruit League records: Twins 10-9-1; Phillies 8-9

Up next: The Twins will enjoy an off-day Monday. The Phillies will return to Clearwater to host the Pirates on Monday in a 1:05 p.m. ET game. Right-hander Adam Eaton will get the start for Philadelphia as he faces off against Pittsburgh right-hander Ian Snell.
