Lauren Shehadi

MLB Network Host and Reporter

Lauren Shehadi is an MLB Network studio host and reporter who co-hosts the regular season studio show The Rundown and appears across MLB Network's studio programming, including Hot Stove.

Launched in April 2011, The Rundown reviews and previews each day in baseball, featuring interviews with local correspondents, behind-the-scenes access at batting practice, highlights and look-ins to live games in progress. The Rundown also provides updates on trade rumors, injury reports and more. The Rundown airs weekdays throughout the regular season at 2 p.m. ET.

Shehadi also serves as a contributor on Hot Stove, MLB Network's live offseason morning show, with Matt Vasgersian and Harold Reynolds. In the offseason where news can break at any moment, Hot Stove starts a baseball fan's day by providing live analysis, debate and interviews with MLB Network insiders, current MLB players and celebrity baseball fans.

Shehadi previously served as an anchor and reporter for CBSSports.com and CBS Sports Network. She hosted the ALT Games, The SEC Tailgate Show, Fantasy Football Today, and was a contributor to the 2011 College World Series Home Run Derby in Omaha on CBS.

Before joining CBS, Shehadi worked as a weekend sports anchor at KXMC-TV in Minot, N.D.. She also worked as a producer at SNN-Channel 6 in Sarasota, Fla., and behind the scenes at Comcast Sportsnet Washington.

A native of McLean, Va., Shehadi graduated from the University of Florida where she was a host of Gatorzone, an internet sports web show.
