Loaded Value tickets give you the opportunity to add the cost of food, beverage and retail purchases to the price of your group tickets. Everyone in your group will have the flexibility of selecting what they prefer during the game.
Loaded Value may be redeemed at any Kauffman Stadium concession or merchandise point-of sale by having the barcode on your ticket scanned (No merchandise purchases with Rivals Front Row tables).
If a game is postponed and re-scheduled as a unique event any portion of the "loaded-value" that is unused also remains valid for the announced make-up game. Should the game be postponed or cancelled prior to the gates being opened, "loaded value" tickets may be exchanged based on the original cash value of the ticket. Should game be cancelled and not rescheduled (or scheduled as part of a "traditional" double-header) subsequent to gates being opened and ticket is redeemed (i.e. scanned) for entry or used to purchase concessions or merchandise the "loaded-value" portion of the ticket is no longer valid for any future game. However the ticket may be exchanged, subject to availability, for any future 2013 regular season home game. Should a game be postponed or cancelled subsequent to gates being opened and ticket is not redeemed (i.e. scanned) for entry or used to purchase concessions or merchandise, "loaded-value" tickets may be exchanged for the original cash value of the ticket (i.e. including the "loaded-value"). Loaded-value tickets may be exchanged at the Royals Box Office at Kauffman Stadium.
